Finished Building - Paulding County School District was experiencing growing pains in their High Schools. Situated just northwest of Atlanta, Paulding County is thriving with new business, construction and housing developments. Although the enrollment numbers kept increasing; TIME, CLASSROOM SPACE, PROPERTY, AND BUDGETS did not.
Superintendent Trudy Sowar and her staff, along with the local Board of Education decided on a smart, aggressive solution that would address all the issues of their growing student population. Purchasing one large custom modular building with 16 classrooms, a cafeteria and administrative offices would replace dozens of leased trailers, resulting in better use of TIME, CLASSROOM SPACE, PROPERTY AND BUDGETS.
Glenn Baldridge and Bill Simmons with Adrian Building Concepts worked with the School District Staff to complete a project with outstanding results!
Time - Project completed in 90 days
Budget - Permanent modular construction provides energy efficiency, less maintenance, and affordable purchase options
Space - Custom Building w/ 16 Classrooms, Cafeteria and Administrative Offices
Property - Dozens of existing leased portable trailers replacedby one Custom Modular Building at two High Schools
